Fuel Rail Connections

How do you get those connections off? Is there any special tools required. I read on Rob's site and didn't really understand what it was saying.

The fuel line connectors have a set of internal spring fingers that clamp the lines in place. The fuel line tool spreads these fingers apart allowing the line to come off.
