EXPERTS Are the fuel pump sending units intechangeable from 93-97???

Simple question. Also, does anybody have the part number for a 96?

They have 2 part numbers as F Carline states later in the thread but are they interchangeable???

I don't see a sender listed separately from the pump for 96-97. 93-95 is listed separate. I don't know if they are interchangeable.

25164521 approximate cost = $220

(BTW, 94 unit is 25160326 approx = $200)

I can check it out locally this AM at 8:00 if you don't feel like waiting from Dal or Jason.

The price difference will be CA sales tax. Probably about 15-20 more than if you order with above.

Let me know, PM (my cell signal is dead in my workplace)

Sean

I never knew that would turn out to be a 200 dollar mistake... I'm going to swing by the GM sports salvage yard and see if they have a sender for me. Thanks for all your help Sean, you're a real cool guy. Maybe if you have a minute you could check and see if they would be able to get it at that dealership or have it in stock... if GM sports salvage does not have one then that's pretty much my only option. I don't want to patch the line...

TTT I just need a yes/no simple answer. Anybody swapped a 94-95 style into a 96-97 car?
