Fuel pump replacement
It's a pretty heavy job - you really need a lift too. I had it done on my 93 Z28 because it was too much to take on. Basically, you have to take down the real axle, take off the exhaust system then restle with the tank. I think the part was about $350 and I had to pay for 6 or 7 hrs of labor - set me back $800 or so.
Not to bad if you pull the carpet back on the top of the hatch area and cut a hole(carefully) and go at it from the top of the tank. Otherwise youll have to remove the exhaust and drop the tank, which would be a major PITA. I went in from the top and it was pretty easy and you would never be able to tell unless you pull the carpet back.
Heres a link to help out with the "through the trunk/hatch" method I used: http://www.fbody.com/cgi-bin/lt1/rea...=177776#177776
