fuel pump prime lead plug in??

fuel pump prime lead plug in??

ok well i was just working on a few things under the hood last night and i noticed a wire that was disconnected. i searched for the plug in but couldnt seem to find one. so i got on shoe box's website and tracked the wire down and it seems to be the fuel pump prime lead... where the hell do i plug this in at and also my car has been slow starting and everyone says its the fuel pump could this be why?

It's a test connection to make the fuel pump run with the switch in the "on" position and the motor not running. It doesn't need to be hooked up to anything for normal driving.
