Fuel pump prime connector

Motor's in gonna fire it up tonight I haven't hooked up the fuel lines yet,I have about 1/4 tank of two year old gas in it. I would like to pump most of it out using the fuel pump and was wondering if I jumped the fuel pump prime connector would that work??? I was gonna jump the f/p relay but I can't locate it. I got a schematic from all data that says it's behind lh dash mat I found it but the wire colors are different THanks

Easy way will be to just switch the key on and let it pump for the 2 second prime cycle a couple times. Obviously being very carful to keep the lines secured and in a container. The flow can make them shift and we do not want to hear about you and the car getting bath in nasty fuel.

There is a connector on the b-body that you apply power to and it will run the pump, on the b-body it is on the passenger wheelwell no idea where it is on the f-body. Look for a loose black connector on the end of a red wire likey somewhere near the underhood fuse box.

That wire is the Fuel pump prime connector I found it.If I put power to that will it run the pump enough to pump out most of the 1/4 tank? Cycyling the ignition every two seconds for 1/4 tank will take a week And I'll try not to run the tank dry and burn out the pump Thanks
