Fuel Problem (Kinda Long)

Just looking for ideas on where to start. Here is what I have found so far....

I have noticed this loss of power recently, and last night I decided to check the Schrader Valve to see how much fuel pressure I had, from what I have read it should be 43.5 + or - 2.

The first time was just key on engine off, and it read about 10 PSI, and dropped to 0 almost immediately after I turned the key off. With the key off I bled the pressure tester (while scratching my head) kind of in disbelief that it was that low. (Could be due to not re-pressurizing the lines after we hooked up the pressure tester to the lines.

The second time same setup key on engine off it read 10 PSI and after the key was turned off it remained at 10.

So finally we turned on the car and checked it again it went up to about 13, not sure if it makes a difference or not but I did rev the motor a few times and the needle did not move above 13.

We did verify that the tester was good on a different car, just to be sure I was not loosing it.

Thanks for any and all help!

I would check your fuell pressure at the filter. see what you get there but it looks like you could have 1 of 2 things a bad regulater or more then likely a weak fuell pump
