fuel pressure while cranking?

fuel pressure while cranking?
what should the fuel pressure be while cranking? I have 43 psi KOEO, but it drops to 25 psi while i'm cranking.

Might be dropping pressure because when you turn the key to START, there's less voltage going to the pump because of the load on the starter. I'd worry more about it with the engine on and off, IMO.
