I need to know what the fuel pressure specs are, i checked mine and it is putting out 38-42 psi, i dont know whats wrong with my car, it will start up and run as long as i hold the gas too it, but as soon as i let off it dies, could this be my fuel pump going bad or possible the optispark?

 

With the vacuum line off it should be 43.5 +/- 2.5 psi. with it on it should drop about 5 to 8 psi. So your pressure looks good. it sounds like its your idle air control valve, try cleaning it.
