Question Fuel Pressure Quick Question

I hooked up my fuel pressure gauge to the rail last night and turned the key on to let the system pressurize. I got around 43 psi which is normal. I left the gauge on after I turned the car off and after 30 minutes it had bled down to 30 psi.

I checked all the fittings and pressurized the system again. After another 30 minutes it had bled down to around 37 psi.

Would this indicate a bad FPR or bad injectors?
