running raggedy

I have a little problem that I think I already know the answer to, but I'd like some feedback anyway.
I recently installed a set of shorty headers on my 96 Z28, and you have to take the plugs out to make clearance to get the headers in on the passenger side. The car has run raggedy since. It misses when under a load real bad, especially after it warms up. I checked the plugs and wires. The wires are all fine, but I have one plug that is loose. Finger loose. I know it needs to be fixed anyway, but is that what's causing the miss?

If it wasn't doing it before headder install, check everything that you touched during headder install.
