Still trying to troubleshoot some problems with my new setup. Car is hesitating and appears to be low in power. Just hooked up a fuel pressure guage and got the following results:
a) Engine off, Key on: 41 psi
b) Engine on, w/ vacuum line 39
c) Engine on , w/o vacuum line 45 put line back on, psi retuns to 39
d) Driving car, off or partial throttle 32
e) Driving car , on throttle / WOT 42
f) Car off, psi stays at 41 for half an hour then goes down to 30 after an hour. After sitting overnight, psi read 0.

I have a stock pump/regulator (80,000 miles) and I just replaced my fuel filter.

After reviewing several posts, it appears that my psi @ WOT is a little low, should be closer to 45 (idle w/o vacuum)? My main question is about the 32 at cruising / partial throttle. When I would step on it, the psi would go to 42, otherwise, it would back down to 32. Is this normal? Do you see any other problems??? Thanks.

according to the Chilton manual, your pressure reading are normal.
