fuel pressure

Ok so when i turn my car to the on position i hear the fuel pump turn on but i also hear my abs box screw up. It sounds like there are two quarters fliping around in it for two seconds. and it causes my fuel pressure to screw up while it does it. So i hear the constant pressure build up then it studders while the abs messes up then its ok again. Well yesterday i had a half tank and my car shut off like the fuel pump was dead. I had to let cool for an hour before i could drive it home. Is there any way the abs box could screw up my fuel pump. Or do i just need to replace both

I don't think the ABS would have any effect on the fuel pump. If the ABS was bad, you would just get a dash warning light, but I think you'd still be able to drive it. When my fuel pump went out, it didn't matter how long I waited, it was dead.

Are you sure you have a fuel pump problem?
