With engine off and pukmped primed... pressure is 42psi
With engine on and Vaccum hose on and engine on Pressure is 38-39psi
With engine on and Vaccum hose off Pressure is 45-46psi


All of this is on a new 255pump..... is my regulater bugging or what?

Nope, that's about right...

That sounds perfect to O.E.M specs. Also a higher volume fuel pump will not effect your fuel pressure at idle or normal driving. Will see it effect it at WOT.

 

Just didn't know really what to think because my pressure was around 35-38psi.. on my bad pump...
