Why would deleting the EGR affect the vacuum line to the FPR? They are not interconnected in any way. You leave the FPR vacuum line alone. It is essential.

my bad, i misunderstood the picture I was looking at. Where does the vac line that hooks to the fpr come from, will any manifold vac line work, is there a check valve on the line?

Here is a picture of the back of the intake manifold. Unfortunately, the vacuum line for the FPR has fallen off the FPR and is laying on the EGR valve. But you can see where the vacuum line starts, last vacuum nipple on the passenger side of the intake, and where it connects on the FPR. There is no check valve or filter in the vacuum line.
