Question Fuel line replacement

Hello All,

I am planning on replacing some fuel lines this week while I reseal my intake. Only planning on replacing the lines from the fuel rails to the hard lines underneath the car. I just wasn't 100% positive on the adapters I needed for underneath. Will I just need another pair like the ones listed in the link below to adapt to the hard lines going back to the tank??

Re: Fuel line replacement

Nah just go onto GMparts direct and type in the part number, they come with everything just like the original lines.

Same stickers and all lol

Re: Fuel line replacement

There are quick connect fittings on both ends of the stock fuel lines. If you want to use braided S/S lines with -AN fittings you will need 2 sets of adapters.

On the other hand the stock line bundle is available fairly cheap from GM.

Not to mention braided stainless is a hassle to work with. It does look nice once it's finished though.

Re: Fuel line replacement

Great! Thanks for the help everyone. I am definitely going with the stainless/braided fuel lines. Not afraid to throw down a little bit of cash to dress up that engine bay.

Would any of you guys know the size of the vacuum line that runs by the fuel lines?
