Fuel line repair/replacement?

Fuel line repair/replacement?
Have a 96 Z-28 LT-1 and took fuel rail out tonight (didn't have right tool to remove fuel lines - special tool?) to replace pressure regulator and kinked the plastic line (right where it attaches to rail) somewhat. Can I have this cut off and heat shrinked back on the fitting or is there a replacement? What's best?

What about the two approx 2 ft. lines that run from the tank to the hard lines under the car? They are quick disconnects at both ends. Anywhere I can get these? Sorry to hijack but noone responded to my original post.
