A fuel line fell off!
So I drove about a mile with my furthest back fuel line off. Ahart installed my newly rebuilt transmission with a TransGO shift kit. The think bucks like a bronco from 1-2 shift. Anyways, my fuel line came off. Luckily my car did not catch on fire.
Does each line control a different side of the engine?
Anyways, on my way to pick up my friend about a day later my check engine light came on.
I have recently just changed my gaskets on my intake manifold, throttle body, and EGR.
Then I headed over to autozone to get scanned, nope they can't scan OBD1, so I head over to Orielys they don't even do it, NAPA can't scan them either, then I head over to Pepboys who can do it for 75 dollars. WTF?!?
Who the hell will scan my car for me?! I wanted to see what kind of codes it was spitting out. I also did a throttle body bypass, but I thought it would be unlikely that the check engine light would come on.
Think the fuel leak had something to do with the engine light? And do you know where I can get scanned?

Re: A fuel line fell off!
The rear pipe is the return line to the tank. If it had been the pressure line, your car would probably not have run and there would have been even more gas everywhere.
Perhaps Autozone will loan you a scan tool. You need a special cable to scan a 1995 because of the OBD-II shaped connector with the OBD-I computer it has. AZ scans for free, but only OBD-II cars (in most places). If you plan to do a lot of your own work, think about buying a scan tool.

Re: A fuel line fell off!
Advance Auto now does free scanning, and they have the OBD 1 hookup.
Just make sure they know what they are doing, they have to plug it in to your cigarette lighter for power (the scanner wont say anything if you dont plug it in, but it will just say there are no codes to be read).
