Fuel line broken
Fuel line broken
I was taking my intake manifold off the other day and manage to break one of the little retainers inside the fuel line. Is there any way to buy a new one? Maybe just the little metal nozzle? One of my friends told me that I would have to replace the whole fuel line from the gas tank to the manifold. I hope he is wrong (it has happened plennty of times in the past). Thanks for any help!
AFAIK, you will have to replace the 3 line set from just under the front seat to the manifold. GM p/n 10258441 for 1994-1997. I don't think anyone has found a solution to the broken clips in the fuel line connector. They are not sold separately.
not sure what you are talking about but
if no other way ther is a repair kit i've used on plastic hydrilic lines before you can pick em up at the local parts house. its a splicer thing, on the last one i did i had to heat the line and slide the splicer in and the let it cool and shrink down.
you may be able to buy an end and replace it?
