Fuel Leak/Rollover Valve????

Well have around 400 miles on my new motor pulled it in garage today and noticed fuel puddle near left rear wheel--get under car and there is a white valve attached to the brake line bracket right near fuel pump plug-Is this a rollover check valve?? Any ideas would be great---tank is near empty and leaks when car is running---this just started like i said have 400+ miles on this setup and never noticed any puddle. Thanks

No, it is a vent for the tank. Are you sure the fuel is not from the EVAP canister? It is in the LR wheel well.

I think you answered your own question. You deleted the ability to purge fumes from the tank. They may have condensed and soaked the canister. Why delete they EVAP?
