Are fuel filters reverse thread

Are they reverse thread or not? all were doing is rounding off the nuts

Standard thread; you should use a line wrench (surround hex nut 3/4 of diameter) to prevent rounding.

thanks folks got it done, mannn what a differnce a simple fuel filter can man from 40mph up to 100 jesus it screams wayyy up high like no other now! thanks
