Fuel in Crankcase...bad regulator?

Re: Fuel in Crankcase...bad regulator?
The purpose of turning the key to pressure the system, was so you could see if your injectors were leaking. If they are, you will see drips coming out of them. If "nothing came out", it means the injectors are probably not leaking. You were done at that point.
You weren't supposed to crank the engine.... all that does it show you that the injectors are working and spray fuel all over the place..... not a good idea.
You can run rich because of exhaust leaks, misfires (you said its missing in your original post), too much fuel pressure, faulty MAF readings, faulty O2 sensor readings, etc. Have you ruled out all of those possibilities?

well, i ruled out opti, just replace 6k ago...new plugs 12k ago(AC Platinum)..i just found out i have a cracked manifold a couple days ago...so in a couple weeks we will know...because i am replacing them with Hooker Shorties and new o2's, so i think this could be my problem...do you think that my rings are still ok? should i get a compression/leak down test to make sure?
