FUEl?

Ok...WTF.... the other day I tried to stage my car...I had maybe 210 extra lbs in the car... and when I put it in first...mashed the gas...She began to stall out...so I tried it again....same thing.... BTW this is while I did a 5mph roll...then stoped the gas and brake...like I always do. She kept stalling... GRRRRRRR...
So after wards I noticed that when I stomp on the gas there was a delay in pickup...like it was an auto or something...I stomped the pedal hard and got no real pickup for like 3 seconds...then all of a sudden she took off....also I've been noticing when I mash hard in first the rear no longer spins out...and when I"m at highway speeds and shifting through gears ...and I"m stomping the pedal hard...it feels like the car isn't going as fast as it should be.... THe RPM's are doing thier job...but it feels like when I stomp the gas..she's not accelorating like she used to....what do you guys think? My car has 62K miles on her...and I'm worried...especially after last night...when I tried to stage...becasue it was infront of some other fellow chevrolet guys that were trying to call me out...infront of a rather large crowd of girls...needless to say I sucked...afgter the stall out. HELP!!!!

BTW I have a new STAGE 3... BIllet flywheel....lightweight PP...and I just rebuilt the tranny....so rule the "clutch" out...

For starters, could be poor fuel pressure, coil dying, torn intake elbow...

Fuel pressure can only be checked with a test gauge. Just because you changed the coil, doesn't mean it can't die. If hard starting is a symptom too, the coil may be the culprit. If you still have your original coil, you could swap that in, just to rule the coil out.
