FreeScan CSV files...

Could someone take a look at these two FreeScan CSV logs?

I am just wondering if anyone can see anything out of the ordinary. Take a look at my O2 Left sensor. Looks like upon startup it doesn't move at all. But after I run her up on WOT, it finally starts reading right. Possibly a bad O2? It is still the original O2 w/120k miles on it.

Also if you could just scan and see if you notice anything else that might be out of the ordinary... I'm getting ready to buy LT1edit to start tuning this thing a little bit. So I want to see what things I may need to change right away.

Can anyone educate me on the knock retard and the knock count?

For starters, you have quite of bit of knock retard. That will kill a significant amount of power at WOT.

Your right bank seems to run a little rich, not it is not outside the ECM's ability to compensate.
