What are all the free mods for a 97 Z/28?????all i know is the throttle bypass.... what else is there??
How many horses will a set of LT headers get me????Have $550 to spend what kind should i get???

just to list some of the free mods you can do
-MAF screen removal. some do it, some dont. eveyrone has their different reasons. mine was already done so i didnt have much of a choice.lol
-IAT relocation. if you have a cold air intake setup of some sort you can move the IAT from the stock rubber elbow to somewhere on the CAI closer to the air filter. it gives a better readign to the computer since it doesnt pick up engine heat and such. according to your sig you have ram air, as in my case i have the WS6 setup so theres really no option on what you can do with this, which is prollly the same case for you.
-AIR delete is mostly free unless you get it deleted from your computer as well, but that can cost. like mentioned no real gains just cleans up stuff alot.
-weight reduction is always nice but it depends on how far you want to go.
theres not a whole lot of free mods but those are realy the only ones i know of that really are free for the most part.
about the headers, i bought a set of heat treated hooker long tubes for 300 slightly used. they are great headers blah blah blah, i can go on forever. the point of this story is to explain how 300 dollars turned into over a grand after buying the things to make the headers work. i bought y-pipe, all the gaskets, plugs, OVC wires, header bolts, motor mounts since i was in there, and a tune. im prolly missing stuff as well. and i used the a bullet on the end of my muffler with a turndown so it was extremely cheaper than a catback, but it looks like you have a flowmaster. might take some more modification to get it to hook up the I pipe to Ypipe. anyways im just saying stuff adds up real quick so make sure you have covered EVERYTHING before you start. good luck

I can get Jet Hot LT headers coated in and out for $533 + S&H.........Is that a good deal????? or Pasesetters jet hot coated for $422 + S&H.......What should I do?????Are the Jet Hot's $100 better?????
