Got to looking and seen where a set of wires were touching my header primary Well there pretty toasted and frankly I dont see how its still running. Anyway I had a code pulled the other day and it was a passenger side 02 bank circuit problem. So can I splice the wires and add new wire where the burnt was or am I gonna have to get a whole new harness. Im guessing i can splice them.

Sure, you can splice it. Use the same gauge and type of wire to avoid possible resistance problems. Also, use heat-shrink tubing on the connections.
