For the price of a built or parts to rebuild my lt1 I can get a 396

I know you guys must be getting tired of my 383 posts but i have a couple questions about this engine. You think it'll be a simple swap in
kinda deal?

It's just the short block - the block with the rotating assembly installed. The rest of the engine is up to you to assemble. If you're looking for a direct swap, you want a long block. That will be considerably more expensive.

So i would need heads,cam, rockers, pushrods, lifters, heads etc...........?
