I have a few questions to you guys who have done this. First, how heavy is the intak manifold? Don't think it is too heavy just looking for an estimate and wondering if maybe I'll need a second hand in lifting it. I will be attempting to do this soon as well. Also what temp would you recomend? The RTV you guys use what is the minimum temp this should be done in and what is the recommended brand and type of RTV to use? That is all for now. Thanks

 

Its very light, no worries there. I'd give it maybe 25 lbs with fuel rail.
