what if any are the differences between an LT1 Formula FireBird to a LT1 Camaro Z28. Im mostly talking as far as the engine goes, but any other mechanical differences or parts differences would be helpful. Also, are most all exhaust systems compatible with the Formula LT1 cars as well. Like for example with a LT1 Camaro car, to install the SLP loudmouth u need a kit to install it with, can the Formula to have the same Loudmouth installed with the same kit and sorda differences like this would be great...thanks...

Be it a Formula, Z28, or Trans Am it's all the same motor.

The only differences are the interior and body.

All mechanical parts are interchangeable. That's why most vendors list things as 93-97 F-body or 94-97 F-Body (93's had some minor differences).
