Finished Opti/Water Pump Install, my advice...

Be extremely careful removing the connector on the old opti! Mine was old and brittle and snapped in half. That jumper harness that attaches on the passenger side of the manifold is $121 from the dealer, even Jason Cromer is $72. Costly mistake! The install was a snap though, me and a buddy did it in 3 hours, the only snag was the broken sensor. Just thought I would share my bad experience with yall so you can avoid it.

That's good advice, as these are warm running engines that makes all the connectors brittle in time.

That tends to happen on these motors. If it's just the little locking piece that breaks, then you can still use the connector, just zip tie it in place instead of cutting and splicing a new connector in.

That little locking piece broke on mine during the install too.

Guess I better head out and zip tie it down, seems to have been okay for awhile but who knows maybe it has backed out a bit?

Mine snapped the entire top off the sensor, when popping the locking piece off.
