Finally Found the Valve Cover Modification Link
I remember seeing this a while back, but for all my searching on this site, I couldn't find out how the stock valve covers needed to be modified for Pro Magnum RR's.

i can set the valve cover down on tp of them with out any problem. how would i know if they were not clearing the cover? would it screw something up as soon as i started up the car?

I've never heard of doing this mod with Crane RR's. It's just a Comp Cams Pro Magnum mod.

There is no need for the mod if you are using the Crane rockers.I have used both the GMPP SA rockers(made by Crane) and the Crane gold race with out any problems.

Used that technique myself, works like a champ.
Now if someone could invent a temporary finger shrinking procedure, installing RR's and valvesprings would be simple.
