FEW new parts today!!

Well here are a few more parts i got in the mail today to help out on the build... should hopefully have the complete motor back in the car sunday... then just have to get a driveshaft made and a few wiring issues... then WATCH OUT!!

That looks like a one piece gen 1 rear main seal.

I thought the lt1 part number was FEL-BS40520

still running stock heads? wont want to use those comp guide plates if you are.

Why you say that? I have seen a ton of people running them... And they are le3's stock casting

The comp guideplates don't work well with the LT1 valve spacing. Your valvetrain geometry will be far from ideal.

Remember, just b/c alot of people are doing something on here, isn't right

the comps are for SBC, lt1's have a different valve tragectory, i was sold the comps by a performace shop that does not know lt1's. i now have the gm guideplates and they are fine

X2, do a search you'll see pictures from ppl rubbing the hell outa there push rods.
