ok i can jump the b,a on the aldl plug and fans turn on but when i the car is just running the fans will not come on and will start to over heat ? i really dont know what to do i

 

I have the same problem.

 

The PCM turns the fans on based on the temperature readings from the coolant temp sensor in the water pump housing. Check the sensor to see if it is accurate (courtesy of Shoebox):

Stock programming turns the first fan on at 226*F (or low speed mid-94 and up) and the second fan (or high speed mid-94 and up) at 235*F. Is it getting that hot?

Do the fans run when you turn the A/C on?
