experts, PLEASE come on in.. i NEED help
Ok,car was in the shop and got some issues fixed on it..etc. Got the car back and everything is running great except is doesn't feel as strong as it did in the past. The guy had told me that he noticed the SES light would come on and he would let it idle for a second and the RPM's would drop to like 550 or so.. like it was fixing to die. It does this while in gear at a redlight or if it is in park, regardless it does this. The car drives fine while under throttle, it only happens when stopped. They couldn't scan it kuz they only have the OBDII material to scan with. So I got a cable and had it scanned and it threw two codes.... "44" and "64" in which meant the right and left 02's were running lean. So I went out and bought two new AC DELCO'S 02's and replaced them with 123k miles on the car and they have NEVER been reaplaced since the car was bought in DECEMBER of 94. But ne-wayz.. it did not cure the problem! It does feel like it has a better throttle response and doesnt feel sluggish off the start but I want my problem fixed!!!!!! What do I look for or do? I can hear an air noise when i lift my hood but cannot locate it anywhere. The elbow is on properly and everything seems to be fine. I looked at the log and my right and left 02's dont move any at all. they are stuck on .084 for the left and the right is at .147. the TPS volts is at .49 The BLM right and left is at 160 and the BLM cell is 16,17,18. The IAC goes from 20 all the way up to 40 or so... could this be a bad IAC or could it maybe be needing a good cleaning or what? I have did a search and i find alot of topics about the IAC and cleaning it helps. Would it maybe have something to do with the throttle body screw, maybe like needing to be adjusted or something? PLEASE HELP ME OUT ON THIS GUYS. TELL ME SENSORS AND EVERYTHING TO LOOK FOR OR DO!!!
thanks and sorry for the long paragraph..

There probably wasn't anything wrong with your 100K+ O2 sensors. The "lean" codes were set because the BLM's are max'd out at 160. You need to find the air leak, or something else that is causing the PCM not to see the correct air flow. A leak after the MAF is the most likely, or a faulty MAF. The air leak is probably too large to be a small problem with the IAC setup, and it is affecting both sides equally, so it is a problem in something that is common to both sides. Have you checked for low fuel pressure? Have you asked the guy at PCMFORLESS what injector constants and fuel pressure he assumed?
You say you can hear air flowing under the hood? Have you checked all the possible sources of vacuum leaks? How about at the brake booster vacuum connection?
Is it possible the AIR pump is stuck on? If you have deleted the AIR is it possible the connections on the exhaust manifolds are leaking?

is there any way to tell if you have a faulty MAF? Bryan at PCMforless has a copy of my dyno and he had said it looks like he could add a bit more fuel. But, if they dynoed it after they fixed the car, and it was doing this... my dyno numbers are prolly whacked kuz of the two codes right? my numbers where only 291hp and 290rwtq which there is no way this is right.
Where is the brake booster vacuum connection at? any pics maybe?
Where is the AIR PUMP at? pics maybe? and i am running hooker shorties. is the AIR on the driver side of the car on top of the header? could it maybe be loose or would that cause such a big problem like this, or is this a big problem?
thanks injuneer

i just talked to the people that fixed my car and he said it sounds like a circuit issue since the right and left o2's are not moving their voltage at all. if it was any kinda leak, would the voltage on the 02's move any at all?
The O2 sensors shouldn't be absolutely "static"... if they move not at all.... could be a wiring problem. Do you get any trouble codes at all on the scan? O2 sensor heater circuits OK? Possible you've crimped a wiring harness? Hard to believe you could bugger up the wiring on both sides. Have you ever cut the wires, like for extensions?
injuneer, it said i didnt have any messages unless i am doing something wrong.. i clicked your e-mail under your name on your last reply and sent it to you under that, should come from oneloudkar@aol.com.. let me know if you got it? if i need to send it to another address, e-mail me under oneloudkar@aol.com and let me know where to send it!!
thanks
