expected power output/performance numbers????

expected power output/performance numbers????
i never learned that much about my LT1 before buying my LS1 so i have a question about a setup on my friends car.....
the car is a 93 with the following mods....
SS ram air/K+N (w/ hood of course)
GMPP Hot cam kit
3200 Vig converter
4.10s
longtubes
X-pipe
bullets with no tailpipes
custom chip
etc. etc. etc.
basically the car has everything except heads....
can anyone give me an idea of what kind of power it might put out??? i dunno the specs on the hotcam so i cant make a guess myself....
also, with a tire on the car, im sure he'd be close, but would be able to beat me? (check sig for info). if not, what kind of times should the car run....i was predicting 12.20-12.30s.
thanx for any info, this car just came out on the road so im curious as to whether itll run as badass as it sounds.
