Exhaust restriction?

I am a little flusterd about the performance of my H/C formula. Even though it only runs the lingenfelter peanut cam ( I believe it is 219/216 or something around there) I think it should be putting down some better numbers.

At an elevation of 2600 feet it went 13.45 at 106 with a 2.0 60 foot. The heads flow 265 intake and the exhaust numbers escape me, however if it can help in my problem the sheet is within walking distance.

It has every possible bolt on including hooker shorties heading into the accompaning y-pipe. I was going to look into the custom programming job done by pcm for less, however I hear great things about Brian and don't think that his work could be the problem on such a mild set up.

The one thing that I have yet to do is ditch the stock diameter itermediate exhaust pipe. It currently goes from the three inch y-pipe into a carsound 3 inch cat, into the stock intermediate which has been flared to fit on a three inch flowmaster muffler.

What are your thoughts on the stock I-pipe being a source of my lackluster performance??

Thanks

A good tune imo is definatly worth a bunch of hp, I bought my car with a tune setup for a sc, It ran very rich, and was pretty quick, I changed my injectors to 36#(from 72#) and got a new tune from madz28.com and my car felt like a BEAST, according to the datamaster dyno, I gained 70 hp, and I belive its something around there because it was a HUGE difference. And this was with a sh1tload of kr, because I had a faulty ks. I have yet to continue tuneing because I was driving around one day and my clutch broke
But if its just the I pipe, you might as well get that replaced because getting a straight piece of 3" pipeing installed shouldnt be to expensive. That way it wount be held over your head wondering if thats the problem.

I am definitely going to replace the I-pipe very soon but I just get that crappy feeling that it won't make the slightest difference.

What I am looking for is someone to chime in and say that I am loosing a few tenths because of the cat and stock i-pipe.

As soon as someone says that there is no reason for the stock pipe to make my performance this bad, then I will spend the money on data logging and get my custom programming fixed.

This should be a mid 12 second car right??? Am I expecting too much??
