exhaust manifold torque specs?

I'm re-installing my exhaust manifolds using GM gaskets. Can anyone tell me what the factory service manual indicates as the correct torque specs for the bolts fastening the manifold to the head?
thanks

I believe it's 18 ft-lbs. This is for a 97 with the flat
flanges and gaskets. I went with 25 because it
seemed a bit low to me.

too much

Thanks.
30 sounds kinda low. I'll just have to resist over torqueing them!
