Is this exhaust BIG enough? Big Mama inside

Custom fabbed by Pops and I, it may appear to be a stock Mufflex but MANY hours went into this system.

3.5 inch Y pipe: Bends were bought at the Freightliner dealer and cut to fit.

Merge was bought from Full line exhaust, Pops put a hanger on it to hold it up

Angle over the axle was moved forward to clear the sump tank, bends were bought at the Freighliner dealer, a few were sacrificed in the R&D phase

90* and tailpipe out of muffler were bought at the Freightliner dealer, cut to fit.

4 inch Magnaflow muffler was bought at Full line Ex, the whole system will be held together with stainless 18 wheeler strap type muffler clamps, also bought at the Freightliner dealer.

The passenger floorbaord was moved back for this system to fit IN the car, you cannot see this system from the rear or side of the car.

The headers are 1 7/8 Hedman with a 3.5 inch collector, altered to work with A/C and power steering, the drivers header collector was bent up and the brace was notched in the floorboard under the drivers seat so the Y pipe would not hang down. They are about to go to Jet Hot.

Pops also made is own panhard rod dropdown much like BMR sells to help it all clear.

Hope you enjoy.

Very nice work, I bet it flows real nice.
If you're building an engine that can power an N/A car
to 10.90, it'll sound awesome!

That was a lot of cuttin, fittin and fabin.
This SOB when I get through with it BETTER run quicker than a 10.90 on motor.
If I ever get the motor finished.

Thanks for the compliment.

O BTW I took the pass side corner of the drive shaft and made it half moon up and to the right and the 4" pipe sits in the tunnel and fits a Spohn TA mount and lets the 9" travel it's full travel.
This thing also has a sump in the tank that it had to fit and keep it out of sight.
This won't be drug off over every speed bump.

That's some damn nice fabbin'. Haha, the first thing that crossed my mind when I saw the single exhaust tip was, "I bet they could fool alot of people into thinking it has a V-6 under the hood...until they start it up."

That single looks great, my only question is why a turn down? Why not a nice tip to show it off?

Then we would have to paint it yellow 'cause it would look just like a school bus.

Yep but it's top secret

You probably don't want to get into that much work though unless ya are a body man.

I will get the FastFatBoy to post them.
