You'll like it. It will resonate less, be more throaty and a helluva lot meaner at all RPM's, especially WOT. The nice thing about the GMMG is you wont lose the deep sound you do with many other high flow catbacks.

does it really resonate less???? that would be awesome. the resonation (sp) is the only thing i dont like about the exhaust so if the LT's will make it less i would be tickled pink.
ALSO, my parts are still not hear so it looks like my car is oging to be spending all weekend in the garage.
Re: Exactly how loud is my car going to be
Yes when I went with LT's and threw out my cat it resonated way less. The highway commutes were alot quieter although the exhaust itself got louder. Basically the interior resonance became nearly non-existant. Yes you can still hear the exhaust, but it doesnt buzz into your head so much. Its mainly since the noise doesnt stop and bounce around in the cat right where your passenger seat is, it just goes right out the back.
To be honest at first I didnt like it. From the inside it seemed like it lost its deep sound I loved so much. But after letting my g/f drive it away a few times I really loved the new sound. Especially at WOT, it really was a mean MF'er.
The weekend after I added the Hookers and Mufflex ORY, I raced and beat a Lightning, although thats not the point. The point is I scared a Ferrari owner and his woman stiff.
I came up to a light that had two lanes at about 1am, empty streets. What do you know its a convertible Ferrari sitting at the light. I take liberties to get right beside them at the light. Getting beat or not, I'd love to race a Ferrari. So I look over to give the nod, and the guy and his girl [acting snotty] stare over and snicker and laugh at me and my car. Pointing as if to look down upon my Z and I. He gave his a lil rev, a pure exotic sound and he looked over for some kind of approval, I smiled and revved back with a mean as hell, end of the world, run for the bomb shelter sound. Immediately their heads snapped into the forward position, a solemn cold face replaced their snooty smiles.
I thought I got his attention very well so I awaited the green light. It turns green and I coast out waiting for him to hit the gas, nothing, he sat still never moving from a stop. I continue to coast down the street, about 15mph waiting for him to go. I went down the street three lights and all the lights went red. After they turned green again the Ferrari began to move, but definately keeping its distance.
I count that as a kill/surrender thanks to the GMMG/Hooker LT's/Mufflex ORY.
You'll love it.

Bersaglieri - I just looked at your site and noticed where you had your amp mounted. Can you email me some more pics of that setup??? I have been wanting to get a 10" in the same place you did but am having difficulties finding a place to mount the amp and cap. BTW, nice car. I love the TTII's on Camaros.
Re: Exactly how loud is my car going to be
Thanks alot, I've been working to get my cardomain up and running lately.
I'll try to get some more pics. The 10" box was subthump's, and the AMP/Cap rack was custom made by an installer who worked with me at Best Buy. We just took some thicker plywood 1/2" I think and cut it to fit the angles in the spot. Then drilled the seam on the wheel well and used two bolts to hold it into place. He carpeted it for me too, I was very pleased how it turned out.
