i ordered some plug wires from them on the 15th and havent gotten the wires yet and i figured they would be here by now since they are just in florida. i have sent a pm and called and still nothing. are they still shut down or on vacation that anyone knows of?

 

Less than a month ago their phones were all screwed up and they were not getting incoming calls.
It took a while for me to get my custom wire.

 

i called in when i ordred my wires..and then too i sent them a pm the other day just to be sure i got in touch with them

 

Hi you contacted us today. (we explained why your order was delayed) after we got the approval we shipped everything out today.

 

not trying to be rude or mean or anything...but my card was charged on the 15th..the exact same day that i ordered. even if it was the case that my card got declined which it didnt, seemed like someone would have called and said something. i waited for my wires so i can get my car up and running over the christmas break and they didnt show. i took a whole week of vacation this week so i could get it going and still no wires. when i did talk to ya'll today you said you would call me back with tracking info cause it was "already" shipped out. i didnt get a call back and when i tried to call several times noone would answer and i even left a voice mail. i sent a pm before posting here and still no response. people have always given you good ratings and for the most part i believe ya'll intend to do good. im not bashing. but come monday ill be thumbing rides to work. did ya'll at least express ship them since they are being shipped late?

 

are yall just ignoring me on purpose? still no phone call you wont answer your phone and still no parts...i NEED MY WIRES PLEASE!!

 

Sir I don't mean to be rude but your original order your credit card was declined which delayed your order it was reprocess a few days later. I am not in the office but I will look up the tracking number a give you a call with the tracking info in the morning

I am not trying to embarrass you but you should have taken this to the PM section or sent us am email to resolve this problem.

 

youre not embarrassing me cause it didnt get declined!! yall said that but i ordered on the 15th and according to my statement it was charged on the 15th. would the statement lie? and if it was why wasnt i called back or something? i HAVE pm'd, called n left voice messages and everything else. and if you werent trying to embarrass me why didnt YOU pm ME? all that aside i just need my wires or my card credited either way i need to know something. when ya get my tracking number if you got one just pm it to me please
