Everyone with SLP headers - Look Within

Just wondering if you guys had to extend your drivers side O2 sensor harness??? I bought two new O2's but the drivers side does not reach the connector? Just wondering if I need to extend the harness. Thanks

If it doesn't reach, then you'd have to extend it yes. I tried doing this by extending the O2 itself, unfortunately that doesn't do the trick without screwing up the accuracy of my brand new O2s. I ran an open loop program in part because of that.

You can extend the harness, or buy the setup which will plug right in, effectively doing the same thing for you.

Thumbs up

I opened up the harness above and gave more slack to the O2 wires and was able to get it to reach. thanks

Yes, you can extend the wires yourself or buy the extension wire with connectors from thunderracing.com for $25.
