That is the 96/97 KS, used with the OBD-II PCM. You need the 4,500ohm 93-95 KS with an OBD-I PCM.

And when you pull the codes on an LT1, use Shoebox's LT1-specific code list, not the generic list you appear to be using.

Welp installed the correct knock sensor and the code went away i am not throwing any codes now!

For future reference anyone thinking about splicing the wires on the o2 sensors to extend them just get the extenders sold by racetronix because the water that came from the knock sensor hole wet the splices and caused my right o2 to read 1.092v. And these splices were very well tapped with electrical tape.
