just about every time i get in my car, i turn the key and it wont even turn over, as if my battery died. at the same time, all my accessories work including the stereo which has a 750 watt amp on it so i know the battery is not dead. every time i just sit there with everything off and try the ignition until it finally works. after the engine turns over at all, it starts right up and i have no problems at all.

if it makes a difference, i still have a leaky waterpump that im too lazy to change out, the new ones in my garage just waiting for me. could that be related to my starter at all?

 

Sounds like either a bad starter solenoid, or ignition switch...
