Will an ls1 out of an o1 drop in and match up to my 95 z28? Got a six speed in it.

 

Do a search, this has been done to death. You'll need a lot of parts to make it work, it's usually not worth it.

You'll have major wiring differences at the very least. 1995 was OBD1 and you're dropping in an OBD2. You'll basically be needing to change the ENTIRE wiring in the car if you want to go the easy route. I know LT1 4L60e is different than LS1 4L60e - not sure on the M6s.
