Ok I have posted before about some problems I have had with my engine. This is the part that bothers me.
The military shipped my vehicle from Oakland to Germany. Now it wasn't running perfectly when I took it there but it had no major luggish issues or hesitation. When I got it I noticed it was running kinda sluggish and was missfiring a lil. Could the salt water from being on the ship for 30 days have contaminated my evap canister or jacked up my EGR valve a bit? I have replaced the plugs and checked the wires. They are fine but it still runs odd and it will smoke a bit when you rev it hard. It idles kinda smooth but under a light rev you can feel it lug. Im lost at what to check cause I have never had to trouble shoot major engine miss fires and sluggish crap like this. I have readjusted my valves also and they were quiet for a while and then started to tick kinda louder. I don't wanna take it to a mechanic but I might have to in order to get this fixed.
