Engine mounting bolt

Since nobody wants to write to be on the drivetrain subject. i always get help here on the LT1 base tech engine here it is.....

i got my clutch fork fixed now when im driving my car my tranny is rocking around when i push the gas and change gears. i notice the cloth at the shifter pops up.

I noticed the motor mount on the drivers side is broken and my engine is sittin weird my dad told me its rocking because theres no engine mount to support it..i just wanted to make sure if thats the issue.thank u. thats all i need to kno after i can get it answered ill delete it. i just want to make sure that is the reason why my tranny rocks around

Well if your motor isn't on the mounts it's gonna rock and wont set level.

It's the mount. Have someone rev the car up while you're watching the engine. Bet the engine moves.

DO NOT CROSS-POST.

Actually, you got the exact same, correct answer on the "Drivetrain" forum. Problem is you either didn't take the time to read it, or ignored it. You definitely did not respond to my request for more info.

In the future your cross-posts, or post intentionally mde on the wrong forum will be deleted.
