okay so i have just rebuilt the engine in my 95 z28 and when ever i start it, it starts up and the the rpm's just jump around from 1 to 2 and it has a new accel optispark and accel coil and 10.4 taylor wires and bosch spark plugs need help fast.thanks

 

What did you "rebuild"? (how much did you rebuild)

 

check for vacuum leaks.
