I'd start by changing the fuel filter, air filter, and then dump some fuel system cleaner in the tank just as a preventive maintenance. If that doesn't work check your fuel pressure and investigate further.

Decide what kind of an engine you have, and put your question in the correct forum. It helps to add a "signature" with the year of the car, engine type, tranny type, and any major modifications, so people can answer your questions accurately.
