Last night i was out messing around with the bottle and i only have 75 shot jets in it right now, well the first time i used it, i was already at wot and then armed it, it worked fine,, then the 2nd time i used it, i armed it and then punched it down (at the beginning of 3rd gear) and the engine started cutting out (at about 4500rpms), so does anyone know what would of caused this? and another thing, bottle pressure was only about 700

 

You're running to rich from the low bottle pressure and all the extra gas in the combustion chamber makes it harder to ignite. You're spark is probably getting blown out and that's why it's cutting out, try making a run at 1200psi bottle pressure and see what happens. Also what kind of plugs are you running? Check them to see if they're black with sot, this is from running really rich.
