emissions results..FAIL!

emissions results..FAIL!

so i went and got my z emissioned and here is what the results looked like....

HC GPM-9.9732 limit-1.500 FAIL

CO GPM-77.6806 limit-15.0000 FAIL

NOx GPM-0.0365 limit-3.5000 PASS!

I reall have no idea where to begin. .
Ive replaced just about everything... o2's, map, fuel press. reg., 26#injectors,
knock sensor, IAC, pcm, etc.

Any help is apreciated!!

it looks like you are either dumping fuel or your cat is dead or possibly hollowed out?

i would lean more toward a cat issue with the list of other stuff you have replaced.

High HC and CO, combined with very low NOx would indicate that it is running excessively rich.

anything i can do to help this?

EDIT: also, would smoke from startup be a sign of a dead cat?

When was the last time you checked your plug wires? O2 sensors?

few months ago.

just heard from the shop and turnd out how i was using no stat made it pretty bad.
cylinder 4 spark plugs gap was bent so that explains the fuel dump...and the left o2 sensor is bad!!!

so i get to actually have 8 cylinders now come monday!
