Emissions "Frendly" cam Question

Ok , I'm looking for a Emissions Friendly cam. It does not have to Be CARB legal but something i can work thru NJ Emissions. I have the LT-4 Converstion kit, but relize there are ALOT better cams out there that will make MORE POWER. THe car is a 6 speed 94. I have the Jet Hot LT, H pipe and Loudmouth. Input here guys.
This is my daily driver so, No Race cams. Suggestions? Mybe a sound clip or Movie Clip? Thanks All.

cc305, 221/227xe, 224/230xe if on a 114 lsa. There are plenty out there those are just a few. If the cam is on a 114 lsa it is a lot better for emissions.

The hotcam maybe as emissions legal as your going to get without tricks or some real good tuning.

Hotcam or CC305 anything higher you will probably need Dyno tuning.

Is NJ harder on emissions then cali? Because people have passed in cali with the 221/227xe(not sure if 112lsa has worked) and the 224/230xe 114lsa with just mail order tunes.

On the xe221/227, what makes the lift numbers so much higher than the xe224/230? Or am i mistaken?

I asked that same question a while ago, but got no response. Why does the 221/227 have such a high lift, and what does it gain you?
